I, Hugh Newell, do solemnly swear that I will make a just and perfect emumeration and
description of all persons resident within the county of Iroquois and State of Illinois; and
perform all other duties required of me, by the act entitled "an act for the taking of the
census or enumeration of the inhabitants of the state of Illinois" according to the best of
my knowledge and abilities: so help me God.

County of Iroquois		I, Hugh Newell, commissioner for taking the census. Or
emuneration of the inhabitants of the county of Iroquois, do hereby certify, that the
schedule hereto annexed contains an accurate statement of the whole number of persons
resident in the said county of Iroquois together with the number of mills, therein, so far as
I have been able to ascertain the same.
